if you are local to DC area, you might realize that some of the trees in these photos look a bit out of place for august. i’m just going to hope you think there was a cherry blossom outbreak in august – i mean, it could happen right?
when i was switching my website over, i had to take a break on blogging, i just couldn’t do both. but this session – MELTED my heart. seriously, i fell in love with these two cuties. they were full of sugar and just the right amount of spice to keep me on my toes.

we enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, dancing in the forest and creating some really nice artwork.

and as cute as these girls are – you should see their mama.  stunningly beautiful.

i love how these photos were a gift for their dad.  such a sweet idea and surprise.  maybe i’ll have to steal that idea someday.  🙂  he’s one lucky guy with such lovely ladies surrounding him.

i loved how these two girls had such different personalities, but yet both of them found a way to melt my heart.  maybe because they reminded me of my boys, so different, yet so much the same.
