On a stunningly beautiful Friday in October, Erica and Jeff were married at the Harvest House at Lost Creek Winery in Leesburg, VA. What I love about this venue (and why Erica + Jeff selected it), is that everything is contained in one spot, making it incredibly easy for the guests, while also having a super private ceremony followed by a fun dance party wedding!

Being a former event planner myself, what I love about Harvest House at Lost Creek Winery is how detailed and organized their event staff are for the wedding day. They have a built in planner and caterer who know the venue like the back of their hand, which allows for the bride and groom to be more relaxed and enjoy their wedding day with out all the fuss and stress of the wedding day coming together.

One of my favorite moments of Erica + Jeff’s wedding day was how how Erica’s father was not only emotional about his daughter getting married, but how he busted the moves on the dance floor to the song Fireball. Seeing families, fathers and friends come together to celebrate a couple, is one of my favorite things about being a wedding photographer.
