Kaylyn & Ryan

Kaylyn & Ryan are one of the many reasons I love small weddings. They had a big wedding planned in Florida, but when it came down to it, they decided having a small intimate micro-wedding in their town was a safer idea. They had their ceremony inside one of the dining rooms at Cedar Knoll, a landmark restaurant on the GW Parkway, overlooking the Potomac River in Alexandria, VA, located just outside of Washington, DC. The flowers were from Dima, a wiz at creating beautiful flowers for micro-weddings. While I only got to know Kaylyn and Ryan a few weeks before their wedding, I felt like a part of their family that day!
