Mary-Kate and Daniel, who had an incredibly laid back June wedding, managed to pull off a wedding ceremony at Dahlgren Chapel at Georgetown University, followed by a reception/dance party at Blackwall Hitch in Alexandria, VA. Many people would be frightened by those logistics of moving people back and forth from Alexandria to DC and back, but not these two, everything was just taken in stride!
Sometimes when you have a lot of family in the mix, things can get crazy, but let me tell you, EVERYONE was along for the ride at this wedding! From the groom’s dad capturing all the moments along with me (he LOVES video and photography!) to the flower girls and ring bearers managing through the day in a way I’ve never seen kids do, it was as the memo of everyone being all in was sent and received.
I love how Mary-Kate and Daniel wanted this to be a party people actually wanted to go to. I can say for sure, THIS was the party you wanted to be at. Check out all the fun below!
